SAFETY VALET PROGRAM

Safety Valet is a morning program that creates a separate drop-off lane for vehicles by using cones and parent volunteers.  Children are dropped-off in front of the school without ever having to cross the street into traffic.  Volunteers will open car doors, greet children, and encourage the continuous flow of traffic in and around the school.

THE KINDERGARTEN YARD (AUDITORIUM DURING COLD MORNINGS) WILL BE OPEN FOR ALL KINDER STUDENTS.  PARENTS MAY DROP OFF STUDENTS USING THE SAFETY VALET PROGRAM IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL.

NO PARKING IN FRONT OF SCHOOL – PASSENGER LOADING/UNLOADING ONLY

(Police Officers will be issuing citations)

STAY INSIDE CONED AREA–DRIVE FORWARD

DRIVERS STAY IN THEIR CARS

HAVE BACKPACKS IN THE CAR

VOLUNTEER WILL OPEN DOOR AND HELP CHILDREN OUT OF CAR WITH BACKPACKS

CHILDREN EXIT ON PASSENGER SIDE ONLY
