HELP CALABASH EARN MONEY. It’s EASY! It’s FREE! It’s for a LIMITED TIME! Purchase any of the thousands of items marked with school bus tags. Save your receipts and turn them into the Parent Center by October 13, 2010. Calabash will receive 10% of those purchases. Collect receipts from family, friends, and coworkers too. If you would like your receipts returned to you, simply label them with student’s name, teacher’s name, and room number. You can also register your Vons, Pavilions, or Safeway Cards with eScript and the 10% will automatically go to your registered school which we hope is Calabash and you will continue helping Calabash all year long. REGISTRATION FOR 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR
DUE TO FURLOUGH AND UNASSIGNED DAYS ALL DISTRICT SCHOOLS WILL BE CLOSED ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS:
September 3-10
We will be open on Wednesday, September 8th from 7:30am-4:30pm to receive enrollment packets/registration.
A special Kindergarten Orientation is scheduled for
Wednesday, September 8th at 1:00pm.
Come and meet your new Kindergarten teacher, purchase Calabash Spirit Wear, join PTA, network with parents, and get to know your new school!
New and returning families are encouraged to come to Calabash on September 8th to find out your child's classroom assignment. INFORMATION WILL NOT BE GIVEN BY CALLING THE OFFICE. Please bring completed forms when you come to school on the 8th. The office will be closed on September 9th & 10th.
TEACHERS WILL GIVE SCHOOL SUPPLIES LIST DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH AT 8:00AM.
